“Montalbo Escursioni” is a newborn co-op located in “Locanda Ammentos” at the foot of Monte Albo. Our guided visits and excursions meet a wide range of requests (from expert trekking excursions to brief pleasant walks along simple paths) along with our tasty traditional cuisine featuring local products and ingredients
LOCATION: We are in Sardinia in the heart of Monte Albo, which is in the Baronie area: a place with a generous nature: a fabulous territory offering unique breathtaking scenery, all set in a world rich with art, history and culture.
FROM OLBIA:
Take the four-lane state road in the Nuoro/Cagliari direction. Get off at the Siniscola Nord exit. Drive through Siniscola as far as the crossing for Lodè. Turn right at the sign for Lodè and proceed for about 10 km of uphill mountain road as far as Sant’Anna (frazione di Lodè). When you reach Sant’Anna take the first road on the left for Lula (don’t drive through Sant’Anna). Go along provincial road 3, which coasts Montalbo for 8.3 km, until you get to Locanda Ammentos
FROM NUORO:
From Nuoro head for Siniscola. Get off at the Siniscola Sud exit and drive until you reach the sign for Lodè. Turn left for Lodè and proceed for about 10 km of uphill mountain road as far as Sant’Anna (frazione di Lodè).
